唔知点解鸡翼加少少孜然,就有一种街边档烧烤嘅味道,加两罐啤酒,咩压力都无晒。间唔中都要比啲时间自己抖一抖,第二日先有动力继续努力!

食材
鸡翼Chicken wings 6只 6 pcs
麻油Sesame oil 1茶匙1 tsp.
绍兴酒Shaoxing wine 1茶匙1 tsp.
蚝油Oyster sauce 2茶匙2 tsp.
盐Salt 1茶匙1 tsp.
蒜盐Garlic salt 1茶匙1 tsp.
黑椒Black pepper 1茶匙1 tsp.
鸡粉Chicken powder 鸡粉Chicken
孜然粉Cumin 2茶匙2 tsp.
五香粉Five spices powder 1茶匙1 tsp.












作法:
1 :
解冻鸡翼,用粗盐剌20 分钟, 洗干净后,用厨房纸印干。 Defrost the wings, soak in salt water for 20 mins, wash away salts and dry with kitchen paper.
2 :
用麻油,绍兴酒,胡椒粉, 蚝油,盐, 蒜盐, 黑椒,鸡粉,孜然粉,腌制鸡翼,放入雪柜腌最少30 分钟 Marinate with sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, oyster sauce, salt, garlic salt, black pepper, cumin powder in fridge for at least 30 mins
3 :
再上一次孜然粉 Fully cover with cumin powder
4 :
放进气炸锅190 度炸 13分钟,中途可以取出反一次。 Air fry at 190C for 13 mins, flip over once halfway.
