这辈子考了新航两次，都没上

怀抱著越战越勇的心，还是来分享纪录一下。

 

首先是当收到开放报名的资讯，到他们网站上去填复杂到吓死人的个人资料，

有过的人会收到下面这封现上面试的信。

不知为何有些图片跑不出来，不过管它的，反正就是要我们用APP来录影面试，

只是单纯录影而已，不会见到任何的面试官，对著镜头讲话而已。

萤幕上会出现问题，会给你准备时间，准备结束就会开始录影，一样也有限时讲多久。

 

去年线上面试的时候，我傻傻的直接就上了，自己觉得答的很不好，所以也没收到复试邀请，

这次我加了一堆新航面试LINE群组，到处都有人分享题目，

也有考过的人分享热腾腾的题目，

而且经过大家分析之下，这次有两种题型。

基本整个题组是：

1题2分钟回答的问题，准备时间30秒

1题3分钟回答的问题，准备时间30秒

1题写作题，做答时间10分钟，1200字元以内

 

第一个题型

1.How would you describe yourself in three words?

2.How would you help a nervous first time traveller?

3.Tell us briefly if a passenger yells to you even though it is not your fault, what would you do?

第二个题型

1.Are you a leader or a follower?

2.Can you tell me a poor experience of service, and do you have some ways to fix it?

3.The most attractive part of this job.

 

然后大家发现，女生几乎都被问的是第一个题型，男生几乎都是第二个，

也就是说大家问题都是一样的，并没有因人而异。

所以那时候我就很偷懒只准备第一种题型，练过几遍，把自己在镜头前调整到最美，就直接录了。

 

果然有练有差，自己觉得讲得比较顺，而且第三题写作题也写得比较有逻辑有内容，

然后就收到了复试通知啦~~~

You must bring a copy of this e-mail with you and show it to our staff during registration in order to proceed for the interview. Please also bring the ORIGINALS and photocopies of your birth certificate/household registration (English version), educational certificates, international passport on the day of the interview. You will also be required to bring your resume in English for the interview.

新航都不寄遗珠信的，所以那时候复试信刚发的时候，很多没收到的人都一直狂问会不会分两天，

 

信是不是分两个阶段寄的，我个人还是比较希望有遗珠信的存在阿，ˋ

 

至少让心里有个底QQ

流程：

交CV→摸高→团体面试→FINAL→试穿制服

 

我阿这次在团体面试就被刷下来了，暂且听我娓娓道来吧(泪)

 

这次比较不一样的是，并不一定像往常一样有团体讨论，

 

之前一直觉得会有团讨，所以狂练辩论，没想到这次竟然没有。

 

一样是6个人一组进去，只考了三个东西

1.自介+小问题

2.选边站发表

3.念文章

 

第一部份叫我们30秒自介，然后紧接著直接回答我们最喜欢的一个城市(大家问题都一样)，也是大概30秒

第二部分的问题像是一个辩论题，只是是个人发表，会先给我们时间想要怎么回答，

我们这组的问题是：

双薪家庭的孩子该给祖父母帮忙照顾，还是幼儿园/保母

第三部份就是念抽到的文章卡，一样也是有时间可以先看，先准备好的人先念，不像前面都从第一位开始回答。

 

所以我们这组是没有团讨的，可是也有听说有些组别是有的，应该就看考官吧。

虽然这次面试失败了，但是在考场认识了两位考生人超好超幽默其实也蛮有收获的
