在信件往来的过程中, 偶尔会发生一些信件方面的问题.

常见的如: 漏信(或是没收到信件), 信件被阻挡, 档案太大无法送出...等问题.

以下分享几个常用的情境句.

 

漏信(或是没收到信件)

I didn't receive your eamil, can you send it to me again? 我并未收到你的信件, 请重新发送.

I just wanted to follow up to see if you received my last email? In case you did not, I've included it below. 我想跟进关于上封信件的事, 以防万一你没收到, 我将该信件附在下方.

Please check your junk (mail) folder / spam (mail) folder. 请确认你的垃圾信箱

Some attachment file types are automatically blocked because of their potential for introducing a virus into computer. Please double check the file types. 某些附档类型会被Outlook自动阻档, 因为它们可能会将病毒引入电脑. 请再次检查文件类型.

 

信件被阻挡

Please whitelist us. 请将我们加入白名单.

To keep receiving emails from us, please add us to your address book. 为了持续收到我们的信件, 请将我们加入通讯录中.

 

档案太大无法送出

This file attachment is too large to be viewed. 档案太大无法查看.

There is no attachment on your email, please resend. 信件中并无附档, 请重新发送.

Shall you have any problem accessing the folders, please let me know. 如果档案开启有问题请通知我.

Apparently there is a 5MB file size limit on attachments for our me. 我司有5MB的信件大小限制.

In general, it is best to minimize the size of your attachment(s).  通常, 最好尽量减少附件的大小

If that is not possible, you can upload attachments to an external storage service rather than attaching them to messages. 如果没办法, 可以将附件上传到外部存储空间，而非附加到邮件.
