首先说明一个小知识，疾病虽然是抽象的概念，但在英文里是可数名词。

runny nose 流鼻水
My son has a runny nose. 我的儿子流鼻水。

fever 发烧
Hana has a fever. 哈娜发烧了。
They all have fevers. 他们都发烧了。

flu 流行性感冒
She has the flu. 她得了流行性感冒。
flu前面要加"the"定冠词，因为flu是特定病毒的流行。
The flu spreads quickly. 流感传播得很快。

sympton 症状
Do you have any other symptoms? 你还有其他症状吗?

muscle ache 肌肉酸痛
How can I relieve my muscle ache? 要如何才能减轻我的肌肉酸痛?

sore throat 喉咙痛
Take throat lozenges for your sore throat. 吃喉锭来治疗你的喉咙痛。

cough 咳嗽
Tim coughs badly. 提姆咳嗽得很严重。

stomachache 胃痛
John needs antacid for his stomachache. 约翰需要胃药来治疗胃痛。
hurt指身体外部的痛，ache指身体内部的痛。

pain reliever 止痛药
The doctor prescribed some pain relivers for me. 医生开了些止痛药给我。

stiff 僵硬的
She has a stiff neck. 她的脖子很僵硬。

tablet 药片
Take one tablet after each meal. 每餐后服用一个药片。
