商業倫理的實現，首先應建立尊崇儒家精神的禮法制度。有子曰：“禮之用，和爲貴。先王之道斯爲美。小大之由，有所不行。知和而和，不以禮節之，亦不可行也。” 但是，一味地講求仁義是不現實的，只憑借少數高尚者的道德自覺不足以建構起整個商業競爭領域內的良好秩序。在商業競爭中，當利益與道義相沖突的時候，人們將如何抉擇？蘇丹紅事件、三聚氰胺事件、地溝油事件等早已超出了道德領域的範疇而觸犯了國家法律。由此觀之，商業競爭之中關於倫理道德約束的一套“嚴格”的禮法制度勢在必行。

其次，建立各省份各行業的商會組織，制定符合儒家禮法的商業競爭規範。在激烈的商業競爭中，我們不僅要遵循“禮”的外在約束以增強企業自身的道德意識和道德規範。雖然對於不同企業來講，商業倫理規範的制定差異較大，但對於整個行業來說，還是有一些基本的倫理道德準則是必須要貫徹和遵守的，如：以人爲本、公正公平、誠實守信，競爭合作、創新進取、服務社會、保護環境等等。商會組織在維持企業進行合乎禮法的行爲中起着不可忽視的作用。

第三，政府作爲宏觀調控的主體應致力於建立完善的商業法律法規，並且鼓勵、支持和引導國內企業學習、弘揚和踐行符合儒家精神的商業規範。在國家強有力的政策約束和商會組織的監督下，以儒家精神爲核心的商業倫理規範的建立和遵守就指日可待。

最後，致力於培養新時代的“儒商”羣體。歷史上的“儒商”曾經創造了偉大的商業輝煌，而在新時代的當下中國也需要這樣一羣“儒商”，來增強中國經濟的競爭力，樹立良好的中國企業形象，創造具有國際影響力的中國品牌。新時代的“儒商”，既是具有較高文化素養的企業家，也是具有高度人文情懷的企業家。他們應該立足於中國儒家傳統優秀文化，求利而不唯利，不以獲取利益爲終極目標；他們應該對國家和民族懷有一種責任感和使命感，做到“達則兼濟天下”、服務於人民和社會。新時代的“儒商”是中國企業在世界經濟舞臺上最具吸引力和特色的名片，是實現中國經濟轉型和提高企業競爭力的要求，是解決當下中國經濟社會存在的問題的重大舉措。要想使中國實現經濟社會的和諧發展，積極而主動地培養新時代的“儒商”羣體是當務之急。

The progress of transport industry is inevitable and undeniable. What is under controversy is whether the volume of trafic is growing at an alarming rate. To be frank, I'm in high favor that we are well aware of the trafic problem.

In my opinionof view,a possible cuase of the problem is that we lack the infrastructure comstruction.Also the overpopulation is the cause of this problem,especially in China.Although the growth of the transport is rapid,it still

cannot meet the increasing needs of people. Furthermore,people abuse the private cars to take public transport instead,which caused more cars put into use. Lastly,indiviuals are also responsible for this problem. Peopleare lacking in consciousness and awareness for trafic situation in order. 

Sometimes, people drive after drinking, which causes more trafic accidents

The solution ,I think, is for government to inject more funds into the construction of infrastructure,increase more construction, such as the 

restructuring of metro system, elevated ways, Pear line,and superhighway.

Also government should levy heavy tax on luxurious products,and 

encourage people to use bus service instead of private cars. To individuals,

we may establish the family planning to control the growth of the population.Furthermore,we should publicize the importance of obeying the trafic regulations among people by education,and form the civil health lifestyle.

To conclude, with the joint effort of people and governments, I'm sure the trafic problems will be improved.
