这次美国有可能迎来第二个「罗斯福」吗?

胡佛1929-1933年期的「经济大危机」是当时历史最大一次经济危机。全国当时有人说「世界末日要来了」，也有人怀疑现存体制。当时的胡佛实施「无为而治」。总之很多都和现在的特朗普的做法相似异常。但那之后美国迎来了罗斯福，把美国救了且更上一层楼。
所以想问一下美国有没有可能迎来第二个罗斯福，虽然我也觉得接下来这个也不是啥机灵鬼吧

有1951年生效的第二十二修正案管著，应该不会再有第二个罗斯福了。

对吧？

有没有罗斯福得看2024年而不是2020年。

你就是让罗斯福穿越到现在来，也解决不了美国的问题。

当年大萧条的根源是产能过剩，所以罗斯福通过政府干预扩大内需大兴基建消化过剩产能可以缓解危机，但也只是缓解而已，美国真正从危机走出来靠的是二战。

现在美国经济衰退的根源是资本过剩，资本通过提高第三产业教育医疗保险等产业价格就能获取利润，导致人工成本提升实体经济衰退。想解决问题，就得让资本让利，这已经不是美国现有体制框架内能解决的问题了，谁当美国总统也无法解决。

Proposing an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring), that the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes of part of the Constitution when ratified by legislatures of three-fourths of the several States,

Section 1. The twelfth and twenty-second articles of amendment to this Constitution are hereby repealed. The President and Vice President shall be elected by the Congress.

Sec. 2. Article V of this Constitution is hereby repealed. The Congress shall have power to amend this Constitution upon recommendation of the national committee of the party of which the President is a member.

Sec. 3. The Congress shall be composed of two thousand nine hundred and eighty members, of which one hundred and seventy-five shall compose a standing committee. Members of the Congress shall be nominated by the party of which the President is a member, and elected by whomever the said party deems appropriate.

Sec. 4. The leadership of the party of which the President is a member is the most fundamental trait of the capitalist system with United States characteristics.

罗斯福多没劲，不如干脆快进到第二个休伊·朗躲过刺杀竞选上台。

美国能不能有第二个罗斯福我不知道，但中国已经有了：
