张亮麻辣烫从无到有火爆全国速度很快，张亮本人也是不在乎此事，毕竟全国上下叫张亮的成千上万，同名很正常，直到内蒙古财经大学某餐厅二楼新开的「张亮麻辣烫店」用了张亮的照片海报做宣传，张亮才起诉了张亮麻辣烫侵权。这个事情换做谁都是这样，同名同姓的人很多，你用名字开店很正常，但是你使用别人的照片和海报做宣传完全就是侵权行为。（我个人觉得，张亮麻辣烫火起来和大家误以为是艺人张亮开的店有不小的关系，毕竟他在爸爸去哪儿节目中被全国人民所熟识，说一点影响没有完全不可能。）
