肯定不能扔啊，这么好吃的东西。我们这边有专门做羊杂汤的师傅，很有名。以前我家开饭店，专门做过这个，非常好吃，把能吃的洗干净放铁锅里煮到九分熟，不要太透。然后煮的汤不要扔，留著继续煮羊杂，每次吃多少就盛多少，放点香菜大蒜，盐。原味的羊肉汤最好喝，最滋补身子。
