Fabio Belloni Fabio Belloni is chief customer officer and cofounder of Quuppa and a leading authority on advanced location technologies. At Quuppa, Fabio focuses on accelerating the success of companies in Quuppa’s partner ecosystem, evangelizing the benefits of accurate positioning capabilities across a wide range of use cases and industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, sports, supply chain and logistics, security and others. He is a frequent contributor to leading industry publications, is the author or co-author of numerous academic papers, and has several granted patents and pending-patent applications.Prior to joining Quuppa, Fabio was principal researcher for Nokia Research Center working on positioning technologies, hybrid systems architecture, and indoor mapping and navigation, while leading the execution of technology pilots and demonstration activities around indoor localization technologies. Fabio received his master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in Italy and his Ph.D. with honours from the Department of Electrical and Communications Engineering at Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University). |
