简直是战时总动员！LV做消毒酒精、Prada做口罩、特斯拉做呼吸器...精品大厂全化身防疫国家队
为了因应严峻的疫情，各大精品名牌纷纷转换产线，协助生产抗疫物资。(图/LVMH官方IG)
COVID-19（2019新型冠状病毒，俗称武汉肺炎）扩散全球，截至3/30为止，全球已有177个国家或地区有确诊案例，总病例数为723,540人，致死率破4%，为了防堵疫情持续恶化，各国纷纷祭出封城、关闭卖场、取消大型活动等措施，严重影响民生与消费。
值此特别时期，许多精品名牌也纷纷宣布将产能转作生产防疫物资，除了有向世人宣誓共抗难关、履行企业的社会责任之外，也无疑是一种增加民众对品牌好感度的行销手段。与此同时，这些精品厂牌转做的抗疫物资也多半都与自己的本业有极近的关联，如此既方便转换、材料等级有一定水准，也不用负担额外的机台采购费用，最后的成品又能因为品牌光环，让拿到的消费者在这波严峻的疫情中，获得些许的小确幸。
那么到底有哪些名牌加入这场抗疫之战，又转做哪类型的抗疫物资呢？
Burberry
Burberry旗下的约克郡工厂原本是生产风衣，为了对抗疫情，将厂中的衣材转为制作医院工作服和口罩。除此之外，他们还使用自家的供应链协助运送医疗设备，向英国国民保健署（National Health Service）提供 10 万多个手术口罩。

在1月底疫情才刚爆发的时候，LVMH集团就已经先捐了七千万台币给地方政府和医疗机构，不过随著时尚产业重镇义大利和法国相继沦陷，当地民众在恐慌下抢购民生物资造成防疫用品极度短缺，对此LVMH集团果断拍板定案，即日起将旗下生产香水、化妆品的 3 间工厂，改为制造消毒酒精、洗手液，并且会免费把洗手液提供给法国卫生局与各大医疗机构使用。

Chanel日前发公告表示，因新冠病毒席卷法国全国，「今天，我们动员一众员工和合作伙伴……生产防护口罩和防护衣。」虽然目前这些产品仍处于研发阶段，但一获得法国有关机构的批准，就会全力开始生产。
公告中也指出，在这波前所未见的全球健康与经济危机中，Chanel 作为负责任的企业，绝不裁员也不放无薪假，旗下8500名员工仍可照领八周的薪水，此举既能支持员工的生计，也有助于维持国内的消费力。

Kering开云集团除了预计采购300万个外科口罩，以供应法国的衞生部门所需之外，也宣布旗下的Balenciaga 和 Yves Saint Laurent也会将部份产能转而协助生产口罩，旗下的另一大品牌Gucci 也会捐赠110万个外科口罩和 5.5 万套医疗防护衣，相关的生产技术和所用材料皆已获得相关部门批准，也会确保员工采取严格的健康保护措施。

Salvatore Ferragamo
义大利精品皮件的龙头品牌Salvatore Ferragamo日前也宣布，旗下产能将投入口罩生产工作，来帮助疫情严重的义大利。Salvatore Ferragamo 表示：「为了对抗新冠病毒肆虐，我们已与托斯卡纳地区达成协议，将投入制造并捐赠 100,000 枚抗菌口罩、50,000 瓶干洗手以及 3,000 枚具 FPP1 等级的口罩给予当地的医疗机构。期待我们能携手度过难关！」

宝格丽除了一个月前捐赠给率先分离出病毒株的罗马 Spallanzani 医院最新的 3D 高清晰显微镜之外，又宣布和长久合作的香水制造伙伴 ICR（Industrie Cosmetiche Riunite, Lodi）一起生产抗菌洗手凝胶，并将这些产品优先提供给义大利所有的医疗机构。目标在前两个月内达到单日6000 瓶的产量，并且在未来两个月内达到生产数量 20 万瓶。

Zara母集团Inditex也不落人后，日前已捐赠了31万个医疗口罩，其位于西班牙加利西亚的公司将向西班牙政府提供工厂和物流团队，将集团部分布料生产线转成专业医疗用料的生产线，为生产方提供制造口罩、防护衣身的面料，甚至包括防护眼镜、防护帽，鞋套和面罩等。
H&M
H&M为了防止疫情的蔓延，日前也宣布将重新调整内部产线结构，将会优先制造个人防护设备，例如口罩及防护衣等等。

Ford、GM、Tesla
美国总统川普先前启动《国防生产法》（Defense Production Act，DPA），该法允许总统要求美国企业生产用于国防的设备，并号召Ford、GM、Tesla等本土车厂协助生产呼吸器等设备，而川普日前也在推特发文表示这3家车厂已获准生产。
除了美国车厂组成国家队之外，欧洲也有许多车厂计划将产线转型为生产医疗设备，如Toyota、Honda、Vauxhall已允诺为英国政府提供支援，将投入生产当前急需的医疗设备；德国车厂Volkswagen、BMW等也表示已展开相关规划，研究如何以3D列印协助生产呼吸器等设备。
