為什麼裁判不給一個套餐？

國際足聯（fifa）關於點球判罰的規則：

direct free kick（直接自由球） is awarded to the opposing team if a player commits any of the following seven offences in a manner considered by the referee to be careless, reckless or using excessive force:

  • kicks or attempts to kick an opponent（踢或試圖踢對手）
  • trips or attempts to trip an opponent（拌或試圖拌對手）
  • jumps at an opponent（跳向對手）
  • charges an opponent（沖向對手）
  • strikes or attempts to strike an opponent（撞擊或試圖撞擊對手）
  • pushes an opponent（推對手）
  • tackles an opponent（阻擋對手）

A direct free kick is also awarded to the opposing team if a player commits any of the following three offences:

  • holds an opponent（抓住對手）
  • spits at an opponent（向對手吐唾沫）
  • handles the ball deliberately(except for the goalkeeper within his own penalty area)（故意手球，除了守門員在自己禁區內手持球）

Penalty kick（點球，禁區內的直接自由球）

A penalty kick is awarded if any of the above ten offences is committed by a player inside his own penalty area, irrespective of the position of the ball, provided it is in play.

點球沒有任何爭議，但你要非得要找些什麼說的話，布馮那紅牌其實可以不給。

點球屬於可判可不判的範疇，只是在那個微妙的時間點將可判可不判的點球判罰了，無疑是宣佈了其中一支球隊的s刑。這也是能解釋為何尤文球員對於點球判罰如此激動的原因。一方面，必須要拿出態度對裁判施壓，足球場上也不是沒有因為施壓而改判的先例。另一方面，這個時刻的點球足以讓人崩潰，拋開是否該判的因素，那個時候的點球給尤文球員的感覺就是努力了一整場，結果最後一秒告訴你一切都白費了一樣。其他app上面的評論中有一個我比較認同，這個點球是客觀存在的，但是它出現在前面八十五分鐘都沒有問題，正因為出現在那麼一個關鍵的時間點，所以讓所有人，無論是場上球員還是電視機前的球迷都在感情上不能接受，於是纔有了這麼多的話題。但不論如何，尤文展現了自己的精神，皇馬也展示了自身的實力，一場很好看，很經典的比賽，希望在恆久的記憶中抹去那些不和諧的東西吧。
我覺得這個球嚴格意義上是個點球。但是如果裁判不吹也不會太冤枉皇馬，畢竟是敏感的時間點，再加上另外一個答主也說了，貝納蒂亞沒去踢這個球，瓦斯克斯很難打進。但是知乎，微博上的幾乎是一邊倒支持主裁的判罰，和國外的twitter, Reddit上面大部分的評論相差甚遠，令人不得其解。
