我在另外一篇文章中讨论了如何评断经济学者的研究论文发表的好坏，我们就举台湾本土两位目前最有名的经济学家为例来看看他们是那个等级的＂咖＂。这篇文章的目的之一是希望读者能体认到不是所有教授都是你想像中的＂专家＂。在台湾的经济学界跟商学界能在国际上发表到好期刊的教授其实并不多。以后如果你看到不分蓝绿有任何教授当官或是在报纸上发表评论，你都可以用类似的方法去看看那个教授的研究做的如何？他在学术界是被认可的专家吗？台大或是中研院有很多论文发表很好让人尊敬的真专家，也有很多博士毕业后就偶尔勉强挤一点时间出来做一点学术研究的假学者。假学者说的不一定有错，但是假学者不能算是一般民众心中想的专家。假学者的发言不见得比银行分析师，财经记者，财金名嘴，政治人物说的正确多少。

经济商学的学术期刊分等详见　如何评断经济学商学教授的研究成果?　简单说，国科会的论文分等可以在以下连结找到　经济学国际学术期刊分等表及其与国内期刊之对应关系（附件二)。 相关表格我会贴在文章的最后给大家参考。这份分类不是唯一的分类。比方我任职的新加坡国立大学也有类似的分类。我挑这份是希望有个大家可以查证的期刊分类。

首先来看看朱敬一院士。 朱敬一院士可以算是本土经济学家中论文发表最好最优秀的学者。 台湾还有很多其他在国外大学任教的经济学家论文发表很好。 但是就像我前文讨论的，能在台湾论文发表跟国外一样好的话更让人尊敬。

朱敬一院士１９８５年自名校排名前十的密西根大学取得博士学位后返台大经济系担任教授。

朱院士的论文发表相当可观。 根据上面的网址一共有87篇期刊论文与书本章节发表，其中含３２篇中文论文。 中文论文在国际上是比较不被计算的。 其他55篇光看就眼睛花了。 我大略数一下Ａ＋的期刊数量是13篇，如果有误差请见谅。 其他Ｂ与Ａ期刊的量约２０篇之多。 加上先前我提过的在台湾做研究不易，13篇应该是本土学者的历史纪录吧？ 这怎么看都是Ａ＋顶级学者的论文发表。 朱院士不愧为台湾本土年轻经济学者的榜样。

我们再来看看现任台湾大学经济系系主任郑秀玲的论文发表状况。 她的论文发表是取自她的个人网页与履历

这两份的论文发表成果一样。 我的分析就是参考她自己的履历。 当然如果她有论文发表没有列出来，她的论文成果就会被低估。 换言之，以下对照可以说是客观的评比朱敬一的履历ＰＫ郑秀玲的履历。
郑秀玲教授１９８７年毕业于排名约５０名的Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute。 这与朱敬一院士的１９８５年相近所以两人比较很合理。 郑教授一直到１９９２年才返台大经济系任教。 博士毕业后将约２５年来她一共发表了２３篇期刊论文，五篇书本的章节文章与一本大学生用的课本。 ２３篇期刊论文中有１２篇是中文只有１１篇是英文。　比起朱敬一院士的论文让我眼花撩乱，要算郑教授的论文发表真可以说是一目了然。　其实郑主任也只有１１篇英文期刊论文，就闭著眼睛当她有１１篇Ａ＋好了她还是输朱院士两篇。 ＰＫ赛还是进行下去看看会发生什么事情，郑秀玲的１１篇论文中，如果我们参考国科会的期刊分类，其中只有两篇是Ｂ级期刊 (Contemporary Economic Policy and Economics Letters)。　其他有四篇是连Ｃ级期刊都不算的unranked. 不过客观而言，Information Economics and Policy 不是很差的期刊，可以同意多算一篇Ｂ。　此外，郑教授还有５篇Scientometrics。　这本期刊我从来没听过。　ＧＯＯＧＬＥ半天也只知道这不是商学经济学的期刊。　起码客观来说这不是公认经济学ＡＢＣ级期刊。　也许在某个奇奇怪怪的学术领域这是本Ｂ期刊？好吧，目前ＰＫ结果实在太难看了，就算那５篇都是Ｂ期刊好了。　我们评比的结果是朱院士Ａ＋的期刊都比郑主任的Ｂ期刊多多了。　两位知名学者的学术论文发表这么悬殊，让人不禁好奇郑秀玲系主任一天到底花多少时间在做研究上？


所以评比完了，花了２７年只发３篇Ｂ论文的学者要算什么咖呢？更奇怪的是台大经济系不少年轻学者就已经有３－５篇Ａ级以上的论文发表，为什么台大经济系要让连Ｂ咖都不算的学者当系主任呢？我是真的不知道答案。
