Awe IX's work explores a mediated vision of CGI fantasy, desire, and escapist tropes using a language of digital collage appropriated from both advertising and user-generated social media content. Archetypal totems are constructed from both the hi-definition slickness and compressed banality native to the internet, frustrating the evocative dream-like textures of the images with these contrasting aesthetics; the lack of surface depth undermining any attempt to enter into the landscapes within, echoing the nervous lucidity of the computer screen. Work has previously been shown in group shows in London and online. This will be the first solo show.

他自己形容为：就像是长时间盯著电脑银幕后所产生的那种神经质般的亢奋而思路却又异常清晰的经验。

他的作品已在伦敦和网路上与其他艺术家联合展出，而这次将会是他的个人展。
