吉利丁粉 5 克
熱水 50 毫升
動物性鮮奶油 50 毫升
牛奶 125 毫升
苦甜巧克力(切碎) 40 克
無糖可可粉 1 小匙
砂糖 2大匙(可增減)
1. Stir the gelatin powder and hot water until the gelatin powder dissolves.
2.將動物性鮮奶油、牛奶、苦甜巧克力碎、無糖可可粉和砂糖放入鍋中,用小火邊加熱邊攪拌至巧克力融化
3. Pour step 1 into step 2 and mix well.

6. Soak the hot water in step 5 and pour it on the plate.
