疴！原来这些都是错的啊！到底错在哪呢？
我们一个一个来看！
1. 对～有兴趣 interest 这个介系词是接 in
名词 S + have/ show interest in sth （这个字也有当利息的意思 interest-free 就是零利率）
形容词 S + be interested in sth
举例来说：
The little boy shows great interest in cars.
（小男孩展现出对车子很大的兴趣）
I'm interested in teaching.
（我对教学很感兴趣）

2. 借由 by + Ving，如果是接单纯名词通常会用 with
接动名词 By Ving, S + V
接名词 With + N, S + V
举例来说：
By exercising every day, she lost 10 kgs.
（借由每天运动，她瘦了十公斤）
With your help, I finally finished my report.
（借由你的帮忙，我终于完成了我的报告）
3. on one's way to + N/Ving 在前往～的路上
这是固定用法，搭配 on
举例来说：
I'm either in the cafe or on my way to the cake.
（我要马就在咖啡馆，要马就再去咖啡馆的路上）
Marsha been working so hard these days; she's on the way to meeting her goals.
（玛莎他最近都超认真工作的，她就快要达到她的目标了）
4/5. on one's way to 的 to 是介系词的 to 所以后面要 + N/Ving
这边的 meet 要改成 meeting
take 要改成 taking
6. 对于用 for，有表达提供帮助的时候也用 for
prospective customers 指的是潜在客户，也可以说 potential customers
举例来说：
For our VIP guests, we offer an 87% discount on all our products.
（我们提供给VIP客户产品1.3折的优惠）
7. 提供谁～什么东西 用 provide sb with sth 或 provide sth for sb！超级重要！
举例来说：
It is reported that EVA airlines provide passengers with butt-wiping service.
（根据报导，长荣航空提供乘客擦屁股的服务）
The hotel provides a shoe-cleaning service for guests.
（这间饭店提供客人擦鞋服务）恩...好像正常多了

8. two-hour 如果中间有一杠的时候是当「形容词」不会去数后面的名词！
像是我们要说 She is a three-year-old girl. 这时候是当形容词，不会去数years
或是 I would like to join this two-day event. （我想参加这个为期两天的活动）
举例来说：
We are going to have an 8-hour meeting with our boss since he is talkative.
（我们等等要开个八小时的会，因为老板废话超多）
9/10. 这题有点难主要的重点是 not only ... but (also) ... 中文解释为不只...也会
前后需要一致，也就是如果要用动词就都要用动词，句子就都要接句子
举例来说：
Living in Taiwan is not only cheap but also convenient.
（住在台湾不仅便宜又方便）都接形容词
Anna took not only her clothes but also her books with her when she left.
（安娜离开时不仅带了他的衣服还有他的书）都接名词
Elsa not only builds a lot of beautiful castles but also sings very well.
（爱纱不仅建了许多美丽的城堡还很会唱歌呢）都接动词
接著，这句把 not only 摆到句首
在英文句子里，否定字（not, never, no, hardly）放句首的话后面的句子要倒装！
原本的句子应该是：
We will not only give you useful tips for your business, but there are also no obligations to sign up after the consultation!
倒装（改问句形式）后变成
Not only will we give you useful tips for your business, but there are also no obligations to sign up after the consultation!
11. contact 联络谁，这个字当动词时，本身不需要加任何介系词，直接接上谁就可以了
动词 S contact sb
名词 be in contact with sb （可以跟 be in touch with sb 互换）
举例来说：
I tried to contact him at his office, but he wasn't in.
（我试著要打去他办公室，可是他不在）
Have you been in contact with Andrew recently?
（你最近有跟安主联络吗？）
12. help 这个动词后面上 VR 或是 to VR
举例来说：
Please help me improve my writing skill.
（请帮我提升我的写作技巧）
HIs parents help him to make all kinds of decisions.
（他父母帮他做生活大大小小的决定）
13. 最后一个！其实是对的！只不过英国美国惯用法不同
英国用 call sb on + 电话号码
美国用 call sb at + 电话号码
只是要注意一下，如果想用英式用法需要整篇都写英式（包含拼音跟用字）
而不是一下英式一下美式这样混搭
