总之，看了金牌特务2以后，忽然觉得很想来全文研读一下这首经典老歌

文末附上梅林演唱的悲壮版本

 

 

注的部份

注1，Life is old there, older than the trees. Younger than the mountains, Growing like a breeze

直接翻译是，「那里的生活古老，比森林都要老；比群山还要年轻，如微风生生不息」

其实是通顺的，但我觉得不够到位，而且这样的句子是以「生活」为主词

我想歌词要表达的意思是，「我」遵循著那里的传统生活，「我」在那里是最年轻的，「我」在那里生活如风自在

 

注2，misty taste of moonshine

其实我很犹豫moonshine究竟是私酿酒还是指月光，不管是哪个意思都跟上下文接得上

所以最后我是参考了国外对这首歌的背景解释←连结点我

这篇文章解释歌手在此是在回忆他在故乡辛苦工作的日子，以及慰劳：enjoy a nice country moonshine

所以应该是做酒精解吧
