這次美國有可能迎來第二個「羅斯福」嗎?

胡佛1929-1933年期的「經濟大危機」是當時歷史最大一次經濟危機。全國當時有人說「世界末日要來了」，也有人懷疑現存體制。當時的胡佛實施「無為而治」。總之很多都和現在的特朗普的做法相似異常。但那之後美國迎來了羅斯福，把美國救了且更上一層樓。
所以想問一下美國有沒有可能迎來第二個羅斯福，雖然我也覺得接下來這個也不是啥機靈鬼吧

有1951年生效的第二十二修正案管著，應該不會再有第二個羅斯福了。

你就是讓羅斯福穿越到現在來，也解決不了美國的問題。

當年大蕭條的根源是產能過剩，所以羅斯福通過政府干預擴大內需大興基建消化過剩產能可以緩解危機，但也只是緩解而已，美國真正從危機走出來靠的是二戰。

現在美國經濟衰退的根源是資本過剩，資本通過提高第三產業教育醫療保險等產業價格就能獲取利潤，導致人工成本提升實體經濟衰退。想解決問題，就得讓資本讓利，這已經不是美國現有體制框架內能解決的問題了，誰當美國總統也無法解決。

Proposing an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring), that the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes of part of the Constitution when ratified by legislatures of three-fourths of the several States,

Article ___.

Section 1. The twelfth and twenty-second articles of amendment to this Constitution are hereby repealed. The President and Vice President shall be elected by the Congress.

Sec. 2. Article V of this Constitution is hereby repealed. The Congress shall have power to amend this Constitution upon recommendation of the national committee of the party of which the President is a member.

Sec. 3. The Congress shall be composed of two thousand nine hundred and eighty members, of which one hundred and seventy-five shall compose a standing committee. Members of the Congress shall be nominated by the party of which the President is a member, and elected by whomever the said party deems appropriate.

Sec. 4. The leadership of the party of which the President is a member is the most fundamental trait of the capitalist system with United States characteristics.

羅斯福多沒勁，不如乾脆快進到第二個休伊·朗躲過刺殺競選上台。
