给你发送邮件的人，声称自己的病毒伪装成了驱动并且每4个小时就「升级」一下证书，但是实际上，驱动不能够随意更改自己的证书，除非你每4个小时就装一个驱动软体。只要题主没有安装过来自陌生来源的驱动软体，并且没有关闭掉Windows的驱动程序强制签名就可以了。（macOS就彻底不用担心了）
