For training my English, I chose a speaker, her name is Marie Forleo who is an entrepreneur, writer, philanthropist and optimist like her dedicated to helping you become the person you most want to be.
I chose the video that dictation and translation it. 
It's difficult, but it had a really good sense of accomplishment. 
I think it will getting batter.
