開發信的重點無外乎兩個:

1 你是誰?(不是很重要,所以要特別簡略地寫。除非你的公司在行業里是翹楚。)

2 你們的賣點在哪?(很重要,需要簡單但一語見地地把自己的產品優勢突出)

如果你們公司有幾百上千個產品,可以挑選1-2個熱銷款式(不同市場熱銷款式不一,不要把中東的質量推薦給美國,也不要把歐洲能接受到的產品推薦給非洲。購買力和需求不一樣,要仔細分析,即便批量發也分國家地區來。)

千篇一律地發縱然速度快,但是退信率也不低。我還是推崇有目的有目標地發開發信的,這樣回復率相對會高一點。

分享四個我寫的開發信模板

以下4個模板我是按照輕工業,重工業而分類的,畢竟小產品和大設備的推銷內容肯定不一樣,但總體思路還是一樣的,僅供參考。

1 輕工業產品

假設Mike是做聖誕禮品的批發商,我要和他推薦指尖陀螺,我會這麼寫:

郵件主題:Fidget Spinner-Best Seller of Toys in 2017.

Hi Mike,

Its Sophie from PAE China. Hope this letter find you well.

Christmas season is approaching, I dont know if you have seen the fidget spinneralready. It is the latest craze. Like factories are producing this in overtime. MOQ is small, but many clients are ordering by containers.

Kindly keep us informed about your thoughts. More detailed offer will be updated accordingly.

上述是針對季節性熱銷,爆款產品的開發信。我扔出了2個噱頭,1是工廠在沒日沒夜地生產,證明這種產品需求特別大。2起訂量不高,可是客戶是一個柜子一個柜子地訂。還是突出產品廣受追捧。

比起一本正經地自我推薦,這種是不是更引誘客戶呢?

2 輕工業產品

假設Steven 是在出口傢具的,我會這麼寫:

郵件主題:Grab at least 50% off on the dining table.

Hi Steven,

Sophie from PAE China. Hope this letter finds you well.

Heres an unique opportunity to purchase a contracted and durable quality dining room table with 6 chairs set made from reclaimed wood for only USD 300!

While you know, it is very time sensitive. Lots of orders keep pouring. Please get back to us at your earliest if you are interested in.

針對客戶所處的市場,或者研究完客戶網站產品陳列或者可以追尋到以往出貨記錄,按照他喜歡的口味來推薦款式。選擇1-2款熱賣產品,進行推薦。

文中第二段,單單一句話,我講清楚了機不可失/推薦產品名稱/配套明細/產品材質/產品價格。

第三段我提及好的東西都是很多人訂購的,所以如果感興趣的話早點聯繫。

3 輕工業產品

假設Tom是做馬克杯的,我會這麼寫開發信:

郵件主題:Hot sale Coffee Mugs from PAE China

Hi Tom,

Sophie from PAE China. Hope this letter find you well.

Did you have the headache to think about the corporate gifts? These are the right ones! As a leading manufacturer of coffee mugs, wed like to share one of our best seller with you.

附上圖片(圖片不要大於500KB)最好打上公司logo加官網。

Size, color, logo and packing can all be customized. And we offer free artwork.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

根據產品銷售定位,可以是公司禮品。於是可以以這樣開頭去寫給一些大型公司/集團推薦公司季度或年度定製禮品,並且提及顏色尺寸包裝也都是可以按照要求製作,並且設計免費。這個又是一個賣點。

4 重工業產品

比如Sam是做包裝機設備的,我會這麼寫開發信:

郵件主題:Packing Line Support from PAE China

Hi Sam,

Its Sophie from PAE China. Hope this letter find you well.

As a leading manufacturer of packaging machinery, Im pleased to inform you that we have been working with many big companies in Europe and South America.

We are in a good position not only to supply you high quality machinery, but also the excellent after sales service. Well-trained engineers will offer you any technical support.

Upon receipt of your feedback, we will update you more relevant proposals and working videos for your options.
