野蔥做酸菜非常簡單:1:先把野蔥黃葉擇掉,洗乾淨晾乾水分,2:把晾乾水分的野蔥切成2釐米的小段,然後撒上食鹽,比炒菜的量多一點點即可,然後拌勻,3:準備好一個無水無油玻璃瓶,把拌勻鹽的野蔥裝入玻璃瓶內壓緊,蓋好蓋子,用保鮮膜封好口。看到瓶內野蔥變色即可食用。成品圖如下:

首先除去白菜外面的爛葉子,將白菜放在太陽地裏曬兩天,讓白菜跑跑水分。再將白菜打顛倒放進缸裏壓實,每層撒一點鹽,防止白菜爛。找來合適的石頭壓在白菜上。然後往缸裏倒一些涼開水,水要沒過白菜。放置在陰涼處一個半月左右,待白菜和水都發黃即可食。


野蔥洗凈,曬個兩三天,至半乾切碎,放入容器(玻璃瓶,塑料瓶)都可,看天氣情況來,最少半個月,就能食用了。我就是這麼做的
