AstronautsFrankBorman,JamesLovellandWilliamAndersevenreadsectionsoftheBookofGenesisaspartofaChristmasEvetelevisionbroadcast.TheywerethefirsttophotographtheEarthfromfarawayandthemoonupclose-alsocapturingthenow-famous"Earthrise"photowhileinlunarorbit.

這三名宇航員分別是FrankBorman,JamesLovell和WilliamAnders，他們在聖誕夜電視廣播上甚至還讀了《創世紀》的部分內容。他們是第一批在遙遠太空拍攝地球和月亮的人——同時也在月球軌道上拍攝了現在非常著名的「地出」景象（從月球上看地球，地球從月球的地平線上升起）

Thearchive,releasedthroughtheNasa-fundedLunarAndPlanetaryInstitute,showsnotonlythefamousphotosofApollo11buteverydayworkfortheastronautsastheycompletedtheirscheduledtasksinwhatmustbehistory"smostbreathtakingworkplace.

這些檔案由宇航局資助的月球與行星研究所發布，不僅有著名的阿波羅11號的照片，還有宇航員們每天在月球上的工作照。
