Garlic cream pasta   蒜香奶油義大利麵

 

小火慢煎蒜末,隨著鍋中迅速融化的奶油飄散出來的香氣

 

義大利麵除了番茄醬、青醬風味罐頭外,自製的調味多了新鮮也多了成就感

 

Pan-fried garlic minced with low fire, smell the fragrance from melting butter,

Except tomato sauce , basil , make your own flavor are more interesting and achievement .

 

以四人份義大利麵為例 ( 4 serves )

準備: 
(1) 蒜末*ˊ6

(2)奶油500克

(3)義大利麵條
 

將六瓣蒜切成細碎狀

500克的奶油放入鍋中以小火加熱,並且將切好的細碎蒜末倒入一起爆香

倒入煮熟的麵條,再將約300毫升的牛奶分批到入,攪拌均勻即可

配菜部分隨個人喜好,以照片為例,小編們是在  Coles 買好青豆、花椰菜、炸雞排

Prepare:

(1) Gralic cloves *6, crushed 

(2) Butter 500g

(3) pasta or spaghetti
 

Add 500 g butter to your pan and heat with low fire , put the crushed garlics till it turn to golden color.

Add your pasta ( cooked ) in , add about 300 ml milk slow and in batches , mix it nice and gentle.

The sides, there has lots of choice you can pick , for example in this pic , we bought mix veg package , broccoli , fried chicken.

如何煮義大利麵 How to cook pasta :

250克的義大利麵麵條就需要2公升的水。加入一茶匙的鹽至滾熟的水中,再將麵條放入,烹煮約10-14分鐘,瀝乾水後便能享用。

For every 250g of pasta. Use 2 litres of water and bring to the boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt (optional). Add pasta to boiling water (allow 100g per serve). Stirring occasionally. Cook for 10-14 minutes, drain and serve.
