以四人份义大利面为例 ( 4 serves )
准备:
(1) 蒜末*ˊ6
(2)奶油500克
(3)义大利面条
将六瓣蒜切成细碎状
取500克的奶油放入锅中以小火加热,并且将切好的细碎蒜末倒入一起爆香
倒入煮熟的面条,再将约300毫升的牛奶分批到入,搅拌均匀即可
配菜部分随个人喜好,以照片为例,小编们是在 Coles 买好青豆、花椰菜、炸鸡排

Prepare:
(1) Gralic cloves *6, crushed
(2) Butter 500g
(3) pasta or spaghetti
Add 500 g butter to your pan and heat with low fire , put the crushed garlics till it turn to golden color.
Add your pasta ( cooked ) in , add about 300 ml milk slow and in batches , mix it nice and gentle.
The sides, there has lots of choice you can pick , for example in this pic , we bought mix veg package , broccoli , fried chicken.

如何煮义大利面 How to cook pasta :
每250克的义大利面面条就需要2公升的水。加入一茶匙的盐至滚熟的水中,再将面条放入,烹煮约10-14分钟,沥干水后便能享用。
For every 250g of pasta. Use 2 litres of water and bring to the boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt (optional). Add pasta to boiling water (allow 100g per serve). Stirring occasionally. Cook for 10-14 minutes, drain and serve.
