我家老爺的朋友在 Boulder, Colorado 開了兩家 Pub – Mountain Sun 和 Southern Sun, 二00八年的四月在 Denver, Colorado 開了第三家 Pub 叫 Vine Street. 那年到 Colorado Springs 開會, 就趁機到新開的 Pub 來看看.

因為我們是臨時決定所以沒事先和我家老爺的朋友聯絡. 本以為會在 Pub 裡看到他, 結果這老兄早兩天前就跑到 New Orleans 去聽爵士樂表演去了. 真是會享受 ~~

這裡大部份的啤酒都是來自朋友自己的釀造廠. 在 Boulder 的兩家 Pub 各有個釀製廠, 客人喝的啤酒就是直接來自廠裡.  沒多久, Vine Street Pub 也有它自己的釀製廠直接供應啤酒

雖朋友不在 … 我們還是要在 Pub 裡吃吃喝喝滴 …..
