喜歡吃寿司的蔡老師又出巢去找吃的了~

因為住在銀座的關係,又因為銀座是寿司的激戰區,所以找好吃寿司就變成是理所當然的事囉!

今天到的是鮨 きよ本

Today is another Sushi tour day for me, 

In Ginza, there are so many good sushi restaurants, this one is "Sushi Kiyomoto"

只有九人座的小寿司吧,是所有高檔寿司的特色之一。

It only has 9 seats, all the high-end sushi restaurants have very limited seats.

肚子餓了~好開心的坐下來,喝了一口熱熱的綠茶!

As my meal is about to start, I took a photo of the nicely arranged plates in front of me.

今天中餐我點的是八貫的おまかせ、就是八顆寿司請師父自己搭配給我吃!

I have the 8-piece-sushi omakase, which means these 8 pieces of the variety are depending on the sushi chef.

邊吃寿司師父就邊跟我聊起天來了,師父清本勝次就是鮨きよ本的店主喔!在銀座的這一家店已經開六年了!

同一盤上放的醃漬大根,好甜好脆好香喔!

這些生魚寿司都已經刷上薄薄一層醬油,所以在我面前的醬油都沒有用到!

My sushi chef is Mr. Kiyomoto, he is also the owner of the restaurant. 

He opened this restaurant 6 years ago in Ginza.

You can see in the photo, there are pickled radish on the side,

those are so delicious and sweet, I really liked them!

這應該是我看過最漂亮的鮭魚卵寿司,鮭魚卵整個多到要掉出來,

鮭魚卵超過寿司的範圍,像是盛開的花一樣好美啊,哇~我嘴巴張好大一口塞進去!

This ikura(salmon eggs) sushi is probably by far the most beautiful I've ever seen!

The volume and the size of the ikura are so large that they are falling off the rice, it was so good!

我一直被吧台上的塊冰吸引著,

覺得冰裡面用葉子切割的圖案好漂亮喔~清本師父告訴我正面是鶴與烏龜的圖形,

仔細一看,真的耶!鶴與烏龜在日本是象徵吉祥與長壽,很好的寓意!

I couldn't help being distracted by this piece of ice sitting on the sushi bar,

It has leaves carved out in beautiful shapes,

there is a crane on top of the ice, and a turtle at the bottom.

Cran and turtle represent fortune and longevity in Japanese culture.

最喜歡每次吃寿司最後一顆的あなこ, anako吃起來像鰻魚可是不是鰻魚,是比鰻魚還小的魚種。

烤得香香,也因為あなこ味道最重,所以都是最後上!

The sushi here are really delicious, I love "anako" at the end of the course.

It tastes like eel fish but it's not, its size is smaller than eel!

吃完八貫後,會上裡面包鮪魚的海苔卷喔~

天啊~我一個好撐啊!讓我喝一口味噌清湯...

When finish the 8-piece-omakase sushi course, the chef would serve you the 6-piece tuna roll.

每每吃握壽司,都好期待最後上的玉子燒,

雖說是玉子燒,但其實吃起來像蜂蜜蛋糕一樣,綿綿密密甜甜的~ 會讓我微笑的蛋糕玉子燒!

The final dish ends with sweet tamakoyaki, unlike the traditional tamakoyaki,

this type tastes like honey cakes, it's soft and sweet and has the caky texture of it!

清本師父 (kiyo-moto san), 他出生就註定要當寿司師父,人親切也很開朗!

This is Chef Kiyomoto, he is very friendly and outgoing.  

Over all, I had a very nice dining experience at Sushi Kiyomoto in Ginza today!!

 

滿足的一餐,東西好吃,服務好,店的氣氛就一般囉!
