法國勃根地羅伯阿諾酒廠 Domaine Robert Arnoux / Arnoux-Lachaux (Vosne Romanee)

Robert Arnoux 是 Vosne Romanee 村內的著名酒廠。老莊主 Robert 在 1995 年去世，由其女婿 Pascal Lachaux 接掌後大肆整頓，酒廠原本崇尚自然主義，Pascal 接手後則轉為有機方式栽種葡萄，重視低產量，除去多餘蕾苞，必要時剪除葡萄顆粒等新式作法。在 Pascal 的帶領之下，酒廠又重回一流的水準，酒廠的風格結合優雅與細膩，並帶有圓滑稠密的質地，即使是 Bourgogne 區域酒也是來自 60 年的老樹，水潤如絲的質感可稱的上是 Bourgogne 區域酒之最。

         

在酒窖當中，Pascal 採取 100% 完全除梗方式釀造，發酵前 4-8 天冷浸泡，低溫發酵。他並提高使用新桶的比例，村莊級約 20-25% 新桶，一級園 50%，品質頂尖的一級園 (Vosne Romanee Les Reignots 和 Vosne Romanee Les Suchots) 和頂級園則使用100% 新桶來釀造。Pascal 也引進數個五百公升的大橡木桶讓區域級和村莊級酒更能保留纖細的黑皮諾果味，並降低過於濃重的桶味。

Robert Arnoux 酒廠最著名的莫過於 Vosne Romanne 一級園 Les Suchots，水準經常可比頂級，以及僅 0.35 公頃的頂級園 Romanee-St-Viviant (位於 La Grand Rue 旁)。2008年酒廠也新添一塊頂級園 Latricieres-Chambertin。
