預備食材:

鹽 2 小匙
水 400 毫升
生蠔 6 個
自製(或現成)的柴魚高湯 1 杯
白米 1 杯
去皮的薑(切細絲) 1 小塊
蔥(切末)1支
〔調味料〕 蠔油 1/2 大匙
〔調味料〕 醬油 1/2 大匙
〔調味料〕 酒 1/2 小匙
〔調味料〕 味霖 1/2 小匙

Prepared ingredients:

Salt 2 tsp
Water 400 ml
Oyster 6
Homemade (or ready-made) bonito soup 1 cup
White rice 1 cup
Peeled ginger (cut filament) 1 small piece
Onion (cutting) 1
[Seasoning] Oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp
[Seasoning] Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
[Seasoning] Wine 1/2 tsp
[Seasoning] Miaolin 1/2 tsp


步驟Step

時間:40分鐘
Time: 40 minutes

     

    1.將鹽和水混勻後,放入蠔抓一下,再用小水沖洗並瀝乾水分

    1. Mix the salt and water, put in the oysters, rinse with small water and drain the water.
    

    2.將步驟1、柴魚高湯和調味料放入鍋中,用中火煮滾後離火

    2. Put step 1, fish broth and seasoning into the pot, boil over medium heat and leave the fire.
    

    3.取出步驟2的蠔,分開蠔和湯汁

    3. Remove the oysters from step 2 and separate the oysters and broth
    

    4.將白米洗淨後,加入步驟3的湯汁混勻,用爐火或電鍋煮飯(請依一般煮飯的程序)

    4. After washing the white rice, add the broth of step 3 and mix, and cook with a fire or electric cooker (please follow the general cooking procedure)
    

    5.加入步驟3的蠔和薑絲,蓋上鍋蓋,續煮5分鐘

    5. Add the oysters and ginger in step 3, cover the lid and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
    

    6.撒上蔥末即可

    6. Sprinkle with diced green onion is complete.
