今天ptr一开，惊闻三刀被砍，结果蓝贴出来解释了。

　　这个是内部测试版本，并不准备实装，已经hotfix修正了。

　　另外也有部分其他改动(比如夺魂者护腕的加强)，以及一条漏掉的补丁说明(邪毒狂欢 吹箫头 的加强)。将会对已知问题列表在论坛ptrbug反馈版发布并更新ptr补丁说明。

　　蓝贴对玩家造成的困扰表示了抱歉。

　　原文如下：Exactly this, actually. It was a change we were testing internally, but never intended to push through. It's already been fixed for 2.6.5 live.

　　There are a couple other changes like this (including an accidental buff to Reaper's Wraps), and one missed patch note that is intentional (a buff to Carnevil). I'll be adding a list of known issues to the PTR Bug Report forum for clarity and updating the PTR patch notes accordingly.
