我是反对「类固醇用在治疗干癣」

I hate steroid on psoriasis,

而不是盲目反对类固醇的喔

Not everything of steroid.

外用类固醇是目前为止，最常用在治疗干癣的方法

Until now, steroid is the most popular therapy to psoriasis on earth.

类固醇可以降低局部的发炎

It can decrease inflammation,

抑制免疫反应，减少搔痒的感觉

Inhibit immune reaction, decrease itching.

对于许多皮肤疾病而言

To many skin disease,

搔痒、抓扒，是最大的恶化因子

Itching, scratching is the worse deterioration factor.

最忌讳的就是茹素

 每次遇到茹素的患者

Each time I have a vegetarian patient,

我都很害怕

I feel scared.

因为茹素的患者在蛋白质的补充上很缺乏

Because it’s difficult of supplying protein for vegetarian.

In my experience,

动物性蛋白质对于干癣患者在严重掉屑时的补充是最好的

Animal protein is better to psoriasis patient.

尤其以四条腿的最佳

The best is beef and pork.

其次是二条腿的

Two-leg animal is the second choice.

接著是没有腿的

Then is the seafood.

再来才是植物性蛋白质

The last is vegetable protein.

茹素的患者即使每天豆浆当开水喝

Even drinking soil juice every day, protein supply is not enough far far away.

还是缓不济急

常常会有四肢水肿很严重的情形发生

甚至肿到胀破皮肤，流汤流汁，

但是日本的学者早有研究

But researcher in JP found the answer at 2005.

在五周之内，对于脑下垂体与肾上腺素的影响会几乎全消！

The influence of steroid to pituitary and adrenal gland disappears in the fifth wk.

这与小廖医师临床观察到的「38天反弹期」完全一致

也就是说，只要强撑过这卅八天
