题目：最近有一则新闻报导，标题为「硕士清洁队员（waste collectors with a master’s degree）满街跑」，

提及某县市招考清洁队员，出现 50 位硕士毕业生报考，引起各界关注。

请就这个主题，写一篇英文作文。文分两段，第一段依据你的观察说明这个现象的成因，

第二段则就你如何因应上述现象，具体（举例）说明你对大学生涯的学习规划。（105 年指考）
