所以今天把大家容易搞錯的部份整理出來，透過搭配不同的email來跟大家說說一些容易犯錯的部分

痾！原來這些都是錯的啊！到底錯在哪呢？
我們一個一個來看！
1. 對～有興趣 interest 這個介系詞是接 in
名詞 S + have/ show interest in sth （這個字也有當利息的意思 interest-free 就是零利率）
形容詞 S + be interested in sth
舉例來說：
The little boy shows great interest in cars.
（小男孩展現出對車子很大的興趣）
I'm interested in teaching.
（我對教學很感興趣）

2. 藉由 by + Ving，如果是接單純名詞通常會用 with
接動名詞 By Ving, S + V
接名詞 With + N, S + V
舉例來說：
By exercising every day, she lost 10 kgs.
（藉由每天運動，她瘦了十公斤）
With your help, I finally finished my report.
（藉由你的幫忙，我終於完成了我的報告）
3. on one's way to + N/Ving 在前往～的路上
這是固定用法，搭配 on
舉例來說：
I'm either in the cafe or on my way to the cake.
（我要馬就在咖啡館，要馬就再去咖啡館的路上）
Marsha been working so hard these days; she's on the way to meeting her goals.
（瑪莎他最近都超認真工作的，她就快要達到她的目標了）
4/5. on one's way to 的 to 是介系詞的 to 所以後面要 + N/Ving
這邊的 meet 要改成 meeting
take 要改成 taking
6. 對於用 for，有表達提供幫助的時候也用 for
prospective customers 指的是潛在客戶，也可以說 potential customers
舉例來說：
For our VIP guests, we offer an 87% discount on all our products.
（我們提供給VIP客戶產品1.3折的優惠）
7. 提供誰～什麼東西 用 provide sb with sth 或 provide sth for sb！超級重要！
舉例來說：
It is reported that EVA airlines provide passengers with butt-wiping service.
（根據報導，長榮航空提供乘客擦屁股的服務）
The hotel provides a shoe-cleaning service for guests.
（這間飯店提供客人擦鞋服務）恩...好像正常多了

8. two-hour 如果中間有一槓的時候是當「形容詞」不會去數後面的名詞！
像是我們要說 She is a three-year-old girl. 這時候是當形容詞，不會去數years
或是 I would like to join this two-day event. （我想參加這個為期兩天的活動）
舉例來說：
We are going to have an 8-hour meeting with our boss since he is talkative.
（我們等等要開個八小時的會，因為老闆廢話超多）
9/10. 這題有點難主要的重點是 not only ... but (also) ... 中文解釋為不只...也會
前後需要一致，也就是如果要用動詞就都要用動詞，句子就都要接句子
舉例來說：
Living in Taiwan is not only cheap but also convenient.
（住在台灣不僅便宜又方便）都接形容詞
Anna took not only her clothes but also her books with her when she left.
（安娜離開時不僅帶了他的衣服還有他的書）都接名詞
Elsa not only builds a lot of beautiful castles but also sings very well.
（愛紗不僅建了許多美麗的城堡還很會唱歌呢）都接動詞
接著，這句把 not only 擺到句首
在英文句子裡，否定字（not, never, no, hardly）放句首的話後面的句子要倒裝！
原本的句子應該是：
We will not only give you useful tips for your business, but there are also no obligations to sign up after the consultation!
倒裝（改問句形式）後變成
Not only will we give you useful tips for your business, but there are also no obligations to sign up after the consultation!
11. contact 聯絡誰，這個字當動詞時，本身不需要加任何介系詞，直接接上誰就可以了
動詞 S contact sb
名詞 be in contact with sb （可以跟 be in touch with sb 互換）
舉例來說：
I tried to contact him at his office, but he wasn't in.
（我試著要打去他辦公室，可是他不在）
Have you been in contact with Andrew recently?
（你最近有跟安主聯絡嗎？）
12. help 這個動詞後面上 VR 或是 to VR
舉例來說：
Please help me improve my writing skill.
（請幫我提升我的寫作技巧）
HIs parents help him to make all kinds of decisions.
（他父母幫他做生活大大小小的決定）
13. 最後一個！其實是對的！只不過英國美國慣用法不同
英國用 call sb on + 電話號碼
美國用 call sb at + 電話號碼
只是要注意一下，如果想用英式用法需要整篇都寫英式（包含拼音跟用字）
而不是一下英式一下美式這樣混搭
