哈里梅根被禁用「皇室」商标 表面应承暗串英女王

英国哈里王子和妻子梅根即将淡出皇室，携同儿子阿奇到加拿大展开新生活。在被英女王禁止以「Sussex Royal」的商标牟利后，他们虽然接受决定，但却发声明暗讽「皇室」一词并非女王专属。

据报道，哈里和梅根日前宣布，他们将于3月31日卸任皇室高级成员身份时，停止使用任何「Sussex Royal 」品牌。不过，二人随后却疑似在其网站暗指英女王没有「皇室」一词的拥有权，「君主制或内阁府在海外没『皇室』一词的管辖权，但萨塞克斯公爵伉俪并不打算在任何领土上，使用『萨塞克斯皇家』或『皇家』一词的任何替代（无论在英国还是其他国家），过渡时间是2020年春季。」

该声明亦提及其他皇室成员，包括威廉王子夫，隐隐透露他们遭到不公平的对待，「虽然有其他皇室成员在外谋职的先例，但萨塞克斯公爵和公爵夫人却要经过12个月的审查期才能通过。」

白金汉宫发言人拒绝评论二人的声明，但强调自二人宣布离职以来已经作出多次回应，并再次强调英女王对二人的选择感到悲伤，但仍表示支持的举动。

哈里和梅根早已为「Sussex Royal」注册了过百项商品的商标，包括衣服、文具、书籍，教材及社区服务等，并以此成立了基金会，二人的IG及网站亦以此为名，日后需改名。据哈里和梅根的发言人称，他们将回到英国履行至少六次公务，并于3月31日正式卸下皇室高级成员身份。
