應該蘇東坡發明的吧

北宋詩人蘇東坡所創製。製作方法:將五花肉切成大塊,用蔥姜墊鍋底,加上酒、糖、醬油,用水在文火上慢燜即可。蘇東坡《食豬肉》詩說:「慢著火,少著水,火候足時他自美。」東坡肉色、香、味俱佳,深受人們喜愛。
