先前垦丁大街一盘卤味要价 920 元坑杀观光客的风波后，台北士林夜市日前也传出竟有摊商贩售 7 包切片水果，竟索价 1500 元，业者还出面回应「真金不怕火炼」，让网友痛批台湾的观光真是坑人。

面对坑杀游客的风波，张锡聪指出，坑杀观光客的案例虽然有，但这种期况并没有遍地开花，只能说「一颗老鼠屎坏了一锅粥」，经媒体报导后，有损国内观光形象，但观光局只能呼吁业者成立的委员会必须让会员自律，诚信买卖，珍惜正在活络的观光事业。

听到张锡聪的回应后，李锡锟无奈的说，这件事情最严重的不是被爆出来，而是政府单位的态度，「真的是无法可管？还是无心去管？」他批评市府若只能两手一摊，「那还要政府干嘛？」

李锡锟认为，这件事已经严重影响台北市观光的国际形象，他呼吁「靠爸政二代」才上位的观传局长陈思宇，更应该发挥她从小就熟悉政治事务的优势来解决问题，必要的时候，也可以去找爸爸请教一下，避免变成「吴音宁 2.0」。

李锡锟强调，为了避免台北变成「垦丁第二」，北市府观传局还有市场处一定要用心来处理这次的水果事件，因为这绝对不会是单一个案，「比起『弃职潜逃』，更严重的是『在职潜水』啊！」
