This is a 80 guests big party. Location was in community club house.
这是个大约80人的满月酒(广东人是满3个月)宴会,地点是在社区的俱乐部宴会厅。
Miggi plus 2 people prepare the appetizer and main dishes.
Me and My assitants all have National Restaurant Association, Safety and Sanitation certificate.
我雇用两位职业帮手(我用的人一定要有食品卫生安全证书),3人一起准备了前菜、沙拉和主菜。

We devided food to 2 area. One area is cold appertizers. The hot food were next to the kitchen.
