南瓜濃湯
準備材料:
南瓜 ( 半顆 )
馬鈴薯 ( 2顆 )
奶油( 約100克 )
麵粉 (約1/2匙)
鹽、黑胡椒
Pumpkin soup
Prepare:
Pumpkin (half one)
Potato ( 2 )
Butter ( 100 g )
Flour (half table spoon)
Salt & paper
作法:
南瓜和馬鈴薯切成丁狀,以水滾煮約10分鐘
準備另一鍋以小火方式,將奶油( 約100克 )
& 麵粉 (約1/2匙) 放入攪拌均勻( 呈咖啡色 )
倒一起並加入鹽、黑胡椒 ( 依個人風味 )
不斷攪拌,直到糊狀
如此簡單,沒有太多複雜的材料與工法

Method:
Chop pumpkin and potatoes into cube, boil with water about 10 min.
Prepare another pot , add butter (about 100g) , Flour ( 1/2 table spoon ) , mix them with low fire (until color turn a lil bit brown ).
Put all together and add salt and paper ( as your taste feeling )
Mix them till it scorched.
