Onion soup  洋蔥濃湯

洋蔥濃湯4人份,準備:

  1. 100g奶油
  2. 橄欖油
  3. 洋蔥3-4( 紅洋蔥或白洋蔥皆可)
  4. 些許鹽、糖
  5. 牛肉高湯罐 1公升

 

作法:

  1. 將少許橄欖油與奶油,一同於鍋中加熱至奶油融化
  2. 放入切好的洋蔥絲拌炒,同時也加些許鹽及糖調味
  3. 不斷的翻炒直至洋蔥熟為透明色 ( 注意不要燒焦囉 )
  4. 若有麵粉,可加入2匙拌炒 ( 使之後湯能更濃郁 )
  5. 最後加入高湯罐 ( 推薦牛肉高湯 ) 攪拌,以小火燉煮約30分鐘即完成

 

準備最愛的麵包,沾一口湯,在嘴裡留香。Enjoy your Feast!

 

Onion soup 4 severs prepare:

  1. 100g butter
  2. Some olive oil
  3. Onions *3-4, thinly sliced
  4. Some sugar and salts
  5. Beef stock 1 L

 

Method :

  1. Olive oil and Butter be heated with pot until the butter getting melt.
  2. Add onion slices and a bit salt and sugar.
  3. Keep stir fry until onion slices began transparent. ( Be careful about overcooked!)
  4. If you have flour, also can add 2 spoons to stir fry (let the soup creamy)
  5. In the end, add your favor beef stock, leave low fire to heat soup about 30 minutes.(Don't forget to cover a lid!)
    Pick one of favor soy dough , dip with soup. Warm seasonal onion soup is ready to serve!
