Google 隨便搜搜，以「Limited Incorporated」結尾（有的會加個逗號）的公司還挺多的啊……

Incorporated 是指公司等實體在某地或者某時某日註冊成立！

Inc.的原形是Incorporation意思是指：組成公司/註冊/合併。如果加在公司名稱後面，多是它的分詞形式，但是已變成一個固有的形容辭彙：Incorporated .使用這種用法，多是美國式的用法，不加Ltd.。但是它的含義卻是：『某某股份有限公司』重點在於性質是『股份制』的有限公司，意味著『按股分公司組成的』、『組成（股份）公司的』。

lnc.其實不是正規美語或英語，是其他國家搞出來的，特指股東很少的有限責任公司，在中國，公司法規定有限責任公司股東只有2人的話，不能設立董事會，所以沒有董事長，只有執行董事。所以這種情況可以使用Inc.。
