First of all, what cannot be ignored is that most college students who are far away from their families need to face challenges alone and may easily get confused and frustrated. Thus, strengthening frustration education can help correctlydeal with negative emotions is beneficial to students』 mental health and encouraging them to take a positive attitude towards their school life. Moreover, frustration is inevitable in our lives. If college students do not learn how to cope with it when they are young, they may encounter more problems in their future careers, such as lack of confidence, difficulties in getting along well with others and unwillingness to try new things, which certainly will become obstacles to their success.

In short, frustration education can bring great benefits to students, which should not be neglected at college.

2、醫療保健

Health care has long been a major concern to the government and the public. When it comes to medical charges, some people think free health care can greatly improve their quality of life. Others argue that covering the medical costs will impose a heavy burden on the government. As far as I』m concerned, people have the right to enjoy free health care.

Many remarkable reasons contribute to my view. For one thing, citizens have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes. In the meantime, they should be entitled to free public services like health care. For another, there are still a great number of people who live under the poverty line but need urgent medical care. Therefore, free medical policy can extend the coverage of medical care to more people and reduce the number of people who risk financial ruin because of medical costs.

In summary, each individual should have access to free medical care, which is the basic social welfare. And a greater role for the government to play in health care should be advocated.

3、科技進步產生的改變

In the picture, we can tell a gradual change of writing tools ranging from the brush to the pen and then to the computer with the handwriting becoming poorer and poorer. This is the epitome of people』s changes in lifestyle caused by the advances of technologies.

As is obviously demonstrated, the development of technology is a doubleedged sword. It cannot be denied that people』s life becomes more convenient and comfortable with the emergence of new and advanced technologies. However, modern technologies also have some negative impacts , which cannot be ignored either. In fact, some people are confined by technologies to a mechanical cage where they use machines at work and live like an ever-running machine, stiff and inflexible.

Therefore, to live a healthy life, people should make full use of the benefits brought by the technological advances and preserve the essence of the previous lifestyles.

4、開學典禮 新聞報道

On September 20, our university held an annual opening ceremony for all the first year students ranging from undergraduates to PhD students in the Gymnasium.

Over 10,000 students and staff attended the spectacular ceremony which features brilliant musical performances. The president of our university delivered a speech to extend her warm welcome and sincere congratulations toward all the students who would begin a new life in the university and wished them would cherish time to pursue bigger dreams. Delegates of teachers and students also made their speeches followed by well-prepared musical performances which impressed all the audience on the spot.

Our school is a prestigious university which enjoys a long history of over a century in China. It is believed that the newly-arrived students will be bound to promote the further development of our school.

As a positive way to maintain physical fitness, square dancing has become increasingly popular in China. But unfortunately, it has also provoked a national controversy because of the din it creates.

As for me, square dancing is indeed a good way of keeping fit, but there is no denying that to some extent, it has the negative influence of disturbing other residents and occupying public space. Accordingly, in view of these facts, we can do a lot to resolve the conflict. First, local governments should make rules to regulate square dancing by designating specific areas for dancers and setting noise limits. Second, extensive publicity of putting oneself in others』 shoes should be made. Whatever the choice of entertainment is, it is vital not to affect other people』s lives, and square dancing is no exception. Third, senior citizens』 frantic love for square dancing also reflects their lack of recreational activities and their desire for companionship. Therefore, each individual should show more concern for our elders and accompany them more often to enrich their spiritual life.

In conclusion, I am convinced that with our joint efforts, China』s square dancers will dance in the right direction.
