之前聽說鋁比較難代謝,對人有害而無一利,攝入後會造成蓄積中毒導致腦部傷害等問題。但是不知道鋁在什麼條件下會遊離出來,有文章說遇酸鹼高溫便會進到食物中去。那麼問題來了,目前大部分市售咖啡都是鋁製包裝,這樣在存儲、沖泡過程中是否會造成鋁攝入?膠囊咖啡機的溫度是否足以使得鋁離子跑到咖啡裏去?疑惑有沒有可能鋁膜刺穿後有殘渣盡到杯中?


應該有足夠的措施防止鋁元素隨咖啡攝入人體。對健康沒有危害。

我覺得每天普通人的量,三杯以內,完全不會有問題。按照你考慮這個問題真的角度,我想反問一下:經過烘焙的咖啡粉會不會導致癌症?
那麼另一個問題來了。比樂蒂的鋁製摩卡壺會不會有問題?

應該會引起重金屬中毒,插了28個洞啊。什麼塗層都沒有。圖層本身呢?確定無毒嗎?
