給你發送郵件的人，聲稱自己的病毒偽裝成了驅動並且每4個小時就「升級」一下證書，但是實際上，驅動不能夠隨意更改自己的證書，除非你每4個小時就裝一個驅動軟體。只要題主沒有安裝過來自陌生來源的驅動軟體，並且沒有關閉掉Windows的驅動程序強制籤名就可以了。（macOS就徹底不用擔心了）
