謝邀。葡萄乾好多人都喜歡吃，它的製作還真沒親眼見過，不過在網上電視上看過，正常製作應該是把葡萄掛在一個通風乾燥的大屋子裡，慢慢讓它失去水分而風乾。建議在吃的時候用清水清洗一下再吃。
