批踢踢(ptt)评价草莓网卖的是假货，是真的吗?看了这篇就知道-下
草莓网上面的百货专柜品牌产品真的很便宜，可是很多网友却因为网路中的一些负面评价而却步，尤其是PTT乡民们的评价，会让人怀疑草莓网产品的真假以及售后服务到底有没有保障？
除此之外，网路也有人反映：草莓网的客服回复超慢，甚至不理不睬。
但经过我自己实际「澳客式」测试，草莓网客服回复又快，回应态度也相当积极，让我觉得他们是真心想为身为消费者的我解决问题，让我对草莓网售后服务的部分大大加分了。
基于大家的疑问，我在上篇文章中询问了草莓网客服关于品质保证书以及产品来源地，虽然草莓网客服又快又积极的回应态度让我有些安心，但没有制造日期这件事还是让我有些不放心。

于是抱著找寻真相的精神，我又开始询问产品是否在有效使用期限内…

9/19面对刁钻的询问，草莓网客服不但没有闪躲并于当天正面地进行回应；
除了解释为何没有制造日期及生产批号，并再次强调草莓网的产品均为正品且均在有效期限内。
