批踢踢(ptt)評價草莓網賣的是假貨，是真的嗎?看了這篇就知道-下
草莓網上面的百貨專櫃品牌產品真的很便宜，可是很多網友卻因為網路中的一些負面評價而卻步，尤其是PTT鄉民們的評價，會讓人懷疑草莓網產品的真假以及售後服務到底有沒有保障？
除此之外，網路也有人反映：草莓網的客服回覆超慢，甚至不理不睬。
但經過我自己實際「澳客式」測試，草莓網客服回覆又快，回應態度也相當積極，讓我覺得他們是真心想為身為消費者的我解決問題，讓我對草莓網售後服務的部分大大加分了。
基於大家的疑問，我在上篇文章中詢問了草莓網客服關於品質保證書以及產品來源地，雖然草莓網客服又快又積極的回應態度讓我有些安心，但沒有製造日期這件事還是讓我有些不放心。

於是抱著找尋真相的精神，我又開始詢問產品是否在有效使用期限內…

9/19面對刁鑽的詢問，草莓網客服不但沒有閃躲並於當天正面地進行回應；
除了解釋為何沒有製造日期及生產批號，並再次強調草莓網的產品均為正品且均在有效期限內。
