Companies should understand the importance of brands. Not only design quality, but also field quality is the most important key. Building a complete and excellent design quality control team is not enough. In my opinion, field quality team is also a key point. Why can't companies build a good field quality team especially fast employee turnover and frequent employee retraining? Various reasons should be discussed. However, I still want to say "Value". Yes, "value".

Field quality unit has main goal of providing services at appropriate level to help customers and users to resolve raised issues and problems. If a customer reports about an issue that has not been encountered before, it will be assigned to an appropriate field quality team member. Field quality unit  welcomes suggestions and recommendations for improvements, new features and encourages customers and users in sending enhancement request by e-mail. The purpose is to reveal product defects, bugs, analysis data and malfunctions, document them, and then transfer documentation to manufacturing department or developers.
