SUBJECT : INCORRECTED SHIPPMENT

 

Dear Mr. Kindlet

On April 1, we ordered one Manual TM-0053-3 and one TM-0056-7. We received two which are Manual TM-0053-3, but no TM-0056-7. Also we received an incorrect invoice on May 7.

I am returning the extra Manual TM-0053-3-under separate cover- to you by this mail.

Please send the missing Manual TM-0056-3 and the correct invoice which should be Can$ 35.50 or US$ 22.18.

I appreciate your making the adjustment to our invoice and look forward to receiving the right product.
