A：Excuse me,Sir.May I help you?
打擾一下，先生。需要我幫忙嗎？
B:Yes.I have to change a room.
是的，我想換一下房間。
A:Whats wrong?
怎麼了？
B:Next door is so noisy.I cant sleep at all.
隔壁太吵了。我根本睡不著覺。
A:OK,Im so sorry for that.We will arrange another one for you.
好的，對此我深感抱歉。我們會為您換一間房間。
