今天ptr一開，驚聞三刀被砍，結果藍貼出來解釋了。

　　這個是內部測試版本，並不準備實裝，已經hotfix修正了。

　　另外也有部分其他改動(比如奪魂者護腕的加強)，以及一條漏掉的補丁說明(邪毒狂歡 吹簫頭 的加強)。將會對已知問題列表在論壇ptrbug反饋版發佈並更新ptr補丁說明。

　　藍貼對玩家造成的困擾表示了抱歉。

　　原文如下：Exactly this, actually. It was a change we were testing internally, but never intended to push through. It's already been fixed for 2.6.5 live.

　　There are a couple other changes like this (including an accidental buff to Reaper's Wraps), and one missed patch note that is intentional (a buff to Carnevil). I'll be adding a list of known issues to the PTR Bug Report forum for clarity and updating the PTR patch notes accordingly.
