[沒事。下廚]越式涼拌牛肉
Another easy made cold dish-- Vietnamese style beef cold slow
Suitable for summer and a little bit sour spicy dish...
非常簡單且適合夏天的一道菜,
有時候也會就拌一拌涼麵或義大利麵也可以喔(冷麵喫法)
Ingredient 準備材料
- 300 gm Sliced Beef 火鍋 牛肉片一盒
- half lettace/ 1 tamato/1 cucumber 萵苣/蕃茄/小黃瓜
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce/4 table spoons Vinegar/ 2 tsp Sugar 2小匙魚露/4大匙醋/2小匙糖
- 4 cloves Garlic/some Chilli/some Coriander 大蒜/辣椒/ 香菜
Steps 準備步驟
Preparing Sauce 準備醬料
Mix garlic/chilli/coriander with fish sauce/vinegar/sugar into a bowel
將大蒜/辣椒/香菜和魚露/醋/糖拌在一起....如果覺得不夠味道再加點醬油囉!
Preparing Vegi
slice lettace, and dice tomato and cucumber into a big bowel
將萵苣/蕃茄/小黃瓜切成丁然後放入一個大盆中
Preparing Beeg
Boil a pot of water, then cook the sliced beef (make sure don't over cook, otherwise the beef will be very chewy)
煮滾水,將牛肉片燙熟(不要燙太老喔!)
Mix the Vegi, beef and sauce then toss them well
然後將所有材料全拌在一塊兒就成功了
You then ready to serve! easy huh?
